Takes out two BDAQ Regional Design Awards in 2018.
Ian Darnell from nspire Planning and Design has recently received recognition with two Building Designers Association (Queensland) regional design awards.
One was achieved for a new dwelling in Minna Street, Stanthorpe, the second award was for a set of infill units in Myall Avenue in Warwick. This tight site places two units behind an existing dwelling in one of the lanes close to town.

These designs now go to the next stage in the state awards in August.
Ian is a licensed building designer and a member of the Building Designer Association as well as the Planning Institute of Australia who keeps up with teh latest building codes and legislations.
The Building Designers Association is also keen to promote designs that protect the environment. Ian has achieved the level of an Endorsed Sustainable Building Designer.
Ian designs his projects to utilise the available space, to gether with the placement of rooms, taking into consideration the energy efficiency and sustainability of the building.
